With towering vistas of Mount Jiri in the background, keepers and other Jirisan National Park workers attempt to rescue surviving and lost hikers by climbing into the unknown and undiscovered parts of the mountain. 

The mystery behind the mountain's frequent visitors, both those who come to kill and those who come to end their lives, is at the core of the drama.

Synopsis: 

Seo Yi Kang (Jun Ji Hyun) is the park's chief ranger and has extensive navigational expertise, making her an expert in locating missing people. One day, she meets Kang Hyun Jo (Ju Ji Hoon), a rookie park ranger who is a military academy graduate and an ex-lieutenant who became a ranger after witnessing a horrible tragedy on Mount Jiri.

These two individuals become allies and work together to help people in the Jiri Mountain National Park area.

Jiri Mountain National Park's top ranger is Seo Yi-Gang (Gianna Jun). She knows all there is to know about the region, even how to go to the top of the mountain.

Jiri Mountain National Park's Kang Hyun-Jo (Ju Ji Hoon) is a novice ranger. He was an army captain after graduating from the military academy. He has a secret that he cannot reveal to anyone.
